VERY IMPORTANT: before you start the registration, please be sure your home University has
already informed us that you have been nominated as Exchange Student for
the University of Bologna.
In order to make the registration process easier, you will have to choose between two kinds of exchange programme:
"Socrates-Erasmus" and "All other programmes".
Only students with an official Erasmus grant can choose Erasmus.
All other exchange students (including students from EU countries who come
with different programmes) should
choose "All other programmes".
1) To start the registration process click on the link at the bottom of this page and fill in the registration.
2) If your University has already informed us about your application, you will receive an email message
to confirm that your registration was carried out successfully.
3) If your home University has not yet informed us about your application, you will receive an email message
stating that your registration will not be complete until your home University confirms us that you can apply.
4) As soon as you arrive to the University of Bologna, you must go to the international relations Office
of the Campus you are going to study at (Bologna, Forlì, Cesena, Rimini, Ravenna) in order to collect
your documents and notify your arrival date.
You will have to bring with you:
- two passport sized photos
- a photocopy of your identity card or passport (the page with your photo and personal details)
